The mother, identified by family as Abby, 17, is still recovering from her injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/tucsonmovingreport.com\/?p=638\">Man arrested after alleged break-in at Maricopa County medical examiner\u2019s office<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The triple shooting happened outside a home in the Buckeye Westpark neighborhood, near Broadway Road and Miller Road, around 8:15 p.m. May 14.<\/p>\n<p>Family members say Abby was shot in the back and forced to deliver her baby early. She named him Timmothy Rylee in honor of her friend, 16-year-old Rylee Montgomery, who was also killed in the shooting. Montgomery was pregnant at the time of her death.<\/p>\n<p>A 22-year-old woman is also recovering from a gunshot wound.<\/p>\n<p>Police say Montgomery\u2019s on-again, off-again boyfriend, 18-year-old Michael Sanchez, was the shooter.<\/p>\n<p>Sanchez was booked into a Maricopa County jail on two counts of first-degree murder, endangerment and interference with a monitoring device. He is being held without bond.
