A worried family member called, saying the woman had not returned home.<\/p>\n<p>Officers learned the woman had existing health issues and was taking medication.<\/p>\n<p>While investigating, officers learned the woman had been seen near 27th Avenue and Durango Street. While searching the area, another call came in about an unresponsive woman behind an electrical box.<\/p>\n<p>Officers responded, and the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
