(13 News) &#8211; On May 13, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality served Ames Construction with a Notice of Violation for violating its fugitive dust permit.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a center, Project Blue. <\/p>\n<p>The citation came after inspections of the Project Blue worksite on May 8 and 11. <\/p>\n<p>The County inspector said Ames failed to use proper dust mitigation violation of the permit. <\/p>\n<p>This citation comes following other controversies with the Project Blue site.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, the City of Tucson cut off the site\u2019s water supply, claiming the Project Blue subcontractor had been misusing it. <\/p>\n<p>The city has been vocal about not wanting anything to do with the data center, and it has been largely opposed by the
