Firefighters extinguished the flames and discovered the charred remains of an adult male.<\/p>\n<p>Officers secured the surrounding area, and detectives have responded to investigate what led to the man\u2019s death. <\/p>\n<p>Northbound 44th Street is closed from Madison Street to Washington as the investigation unfolds. Phoenix PD Sgt.
