What can\u2019t you buy at Buc-ee\u2019s?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the excitement comes with concerns about traffic. Padre Juan said her workplace is close enough to walk to Buc-ee\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe could just walk across the street,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<h2>Traffic detours planned<\/h2>\n<p>City crews have been setting up traffic markers to funnel drivers through the detour. Padre Juan said traffic could complicate her commute.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have to be here at 8 \u2014 I\u2019m planning to leave my house at 6:30,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Sgt. Mayra Reeson with the Goodyear Police Department said the department expects big crowds for opening day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust pack your patience and, you know, just come prepared, hydrate,\u201d Reeson said.<\/p>\n<h2>Parking restrictions in place<\/h2>\n<p>The Buc-ee\u2019s parking lot will remain closed until Sunday at midnight. Reeson said the lot is secured until it opens to the public.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a secured lot for now. Nearby businesses have their own parking, but employees have been issued parking passes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey gave us parking passes to print out and put in our cars and there will be security checking here to see if they are working here or attending one of the businesses,\u201d Padre Juan said.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the traffic concerns, Padre Juan said she\u2019s still excited about the opening.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh 100%,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>She said she hopes Buc-ee\u2019s fans will be considerate as employees try to get to work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s just going to hype up more of my excitement so when I get there I can see if it\u2019s actually worth it or if everybody is just trippin,\u201d Padre Juan said.<\/p>\n<p><i>See a spelling or grammatical error in our story? <\/i><i>Please click here to report it<\/i><i>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Do you have a photo or video of a breaking news story?
