TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG\/Gray News) – Authorities in Ohio say two women have been arrested and charged with theft for stealing thousands of dollars\u2019 worth of items from a store where they worked.<\/p>\n

According to Toledo police, Marsha Schultz, 44, and Stacey Leestema, 46, have been charged with grand theft for stealing nearly $44,000 worth of products from the Dollar General store where they worked last year.<\/p>\n

The stolen items were allegedly sold on Facebook Marketplace.<\/p>\n

Police said the store manager told them she saw the two pretending to scan items being checked out by co-conspirators posing as customers and hiding items in bins.<\/p>\n
