TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The YouTuber accused of peeing in public and using a homophobic slur has been arrested in Nancy Guthrie\u2019s neighborhood for the second time this week.<\/p>\n

According to the Pima County Sheriff\u2019s Department, Alexander Zabel Jr. was taken into custody around 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 11.<\/p>\n

The PCSD said the 54-year-old Zabel was in front of Guthrie\u2019s home Thursday, and the department received several complaints about his behavior. The PCSD has said several times that the residents of the neighborhood have asked all media to stay out of the area. The PCSD has also warned all media about restrictions in the area and that trespassing would not be tolerated.<\/p>\n

Also on Thursday, the PCSD said it was aware of reports that an anonymous tipster claimed Guthrie is buried in an unmarked grave in Mexico.<\/b><\/u><\/i> A group said it found 25 unmarked graves during a recent search, but said it did not find Guthrie.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the time of the incident, Zabel was live-streaming from outside the residence,\u201d the PCSD said about Zabel\u2019s arrest Thursday. \u201cDeputies made contact with him and, during the arrest process, a PCSD sergeant was knocked to the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zabel is facing a felony charge of resisting arrest and a misdemeanor charge of public nuisance. As of 7 p.m. Friday, he was no longer in custody and did not appear on the Pima County Adult Detention Complex\u2019s inmate roster<\/b><\/u><\/i>.<\/p>\n

According to the interim complaint,<\/b><\/u><\/i> deputies responded to reports of an unwanted person in the area. Another caller claimed Zabel was again urinating in public, this time in front of a camera while live streaming. The document claims that when deputies told him he was under arrest, he actively resisted.<\/p>\n

A little more than an hour before the incident, Zabel started streaming while in an Uber and claimed he was on his way to his attorney.<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n

During the live, he received a call from another streamer, Troy Lewis \u201cDAA Juice\u201d Bradshaw<\/b><\/u><\/i>.<\/b><\/u><\/i> DAA Juice is one of the two other men who were arrested along with Zabel on Monday.<\/p>\n

You can hear Zabel tell Bradshaw that he has to go because two deputies were driving up.<\/p>\n

Zabel was still streaming when he got arrested and appeared combative while demanding to know why he was being detained. He could also be heard swearing and using homophobic slurs that were directed at the deputies.<\/p>\n

While talking to his stationary camera during the arrest, he asked several times for someone to come and get his equipment at the scene.<\/p>\n

Zabel, of Criminal NetworkX, also made national news on Tuesday when he called News Nation reporter Brian Entin<\/b><\/u><\/i> a derogatory word for a gay man.<\/p>\n

At the time, Entin was discussing the YouTubers\u2019 arrest. He responded to Zabel\u2019s attack by writing, \u201cAlex, I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt the first time you were rude to me on the street outside Nancy\u2019s. But calling me or anyone a faggot is not cool.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hundreds of people came to Entin\u2019s defense on X and called out Zabel for his use of that term.<\/p>\n

On Monday, June 8, Zabel<\/b><\/u><\/i>, Bradshaw<\/b><\/u><\/i>, and Damian Todd Enderle<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/i>were all arrested in Guthrie\u2019s neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Zabel and Bradshaw were held in the Pima County Adult Detention Complex for several hours while Enderle was cited and released at the scene.<\/p>\n

13 News requested the interim complaint for all three, but the courthouse said no interim complaints exist. Instead, 13 News obtained the PCSD\u2019s Arizona Traffic Ticket and Complaint forms for Zabel and Bradshaw. <\/p>\n

According to those documents, Zabel is the suspect accused of peeing in public. He was also accused of placing traffic cones on the roadway while sitting in a lawn chair during a livestream on May 26.<\/p>\n

According to the PCSD document, Zabel set up his \u201cpee tent\u201d on a road in the neighborhood on June 6.<\/p>\n

\u201cDue to the sensitivity and proximity to the high-profile address, Alexander made an offensive setting in the middle of the neighborhood, causing an obstruction to the free use of property that interferes with the comfortable enjoyment of life of property by the entire community,\u201d the document reads.<\/p>\n

According to Bradshaw\u2019s ticket, he was \u201clive streaming on the side of the road, causing a nuisance to others who reside in the neighborhood.\u201d<\/p>\n

The PCSD said the arrests came after \u201cnumerous complaints about individuals blocking roadways, trespassing and disrupting the peace in the neighborhood.\u201d But a recent report that one of the streamers was spotted peeing in public behind a makeshift tent appears to be the proverbial straw that broke the camel\u2019s back.<\/p>\n

Guthrie<\/b><\/u><\/i> went missing on Feb. 1, and authorities have said she was taken against her will. The Pima County Sheriff\u2019s Department and the FBI are still investigating, and while security video of the suspect was released, he or she has not been identified<\/b><\/u><\/i>. Experts have told 13 News that despite that, the case has not gone cold.<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n

Early on, the PCSD set up media areas in Guthrie\u2019s neighborhood and warned everyone about possible trespassing charges.<\/p>\n

On Monday, Sheriff Nanos told 13 News\u2019 Kayla Butter<\/b><\/u><\/i> that they planned to arrest a YouTuber who may have been living in a tent in the area and was seen pouring urine on a nearby property. Nanos said that the department received video evidence of him also peeing in public behind a makeshift tent.<\/p>\n

Deputies have previously issued warnings, and the HOA has had signs put up about trespassing in the neighborhood. The PCSD has even issued citations for violations, hoping to get the streamers to leave the residents alone and clear out.<\/p>\n

\u201cDespite those efforts, some individuals continued to disregard the law,\u201d the PCSD said in a release to 13 News Monday night. \u201cSheriff Nanos will no longer tolerate behavior that disrupts the community or violates the law. Effective immediately, individuals found in violation of the law may be cited and released on a first offense.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 54-year-old Zabel was charged with two counts of obstructing a highway or thoroughfare and one count of public nuisance for the Monday incident. He was released after posting a $453 bond.<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old Bradshaw was charged with one count of public nuisance and was released after posting a $255 bond. Bradshaw even called Zabel right before Zabel was arrested on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The 46-year-old Enderle, who helps manage the local crime blog 857 Tucson, was charged with one count of public nuisance. He was cited and released. During a stream Monday night, he said he would also face a fine but was unsure how much it would be.<\/p>\n

The Pima County Deputy\u2019s Organization<\/b><\/u><\/i>, which has long been critical of Sheriff Nanos,<\/b><\/u><\/i> tweeted about the arrests and said, \u201cThe public can once again see why we fight so hard to rid ourselves of him.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the Monday night stream, 857 Tucson said followers helped raise money to bond out both Zabel and Bradshaw.<\/p>\n

13 News spoke with Zabel in February when a search for Guthrie was done by a group of volunteers. Zabel told 13 News they were only there to help and didn\u2019t want to get in the PCSD\u2019s way or step on their toes.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe feel it\u2019s our duty to find her,\u201d Zabel said at the time. \u201cIt\u2019s everybody\u2019s mom, everybody\u2019s grandmother.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the search in February, organizers distributed maps and a list of items for searchers to look for, including clothing, jewelry, masks, and gloves. You can read more about that search by clicking HERE.<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n

Several streamers have found items during their searches, like gloves, clothing, masks, and even bones. But nothing found has been connected to Guthrie\u2019s disappearance. In early May, a YouTuber found human remains near River and Craycroft. Despite it being miles from Guthrie\u2019s home, several crime bloggers said it could be connected. Turns out, the bones were there for tens if not hundreds of years and it because an prehistoric anthropological investigation.<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n

Sheriff Nanos has previously said the neighbors and HOA have filed several complaints about the streamers staying in the area despite being asked to leave multiple times over the last few months.<\/p>\n

Nanos also confirmed on Monday that a memorial for Guthrie has been removed from near her home. Nanos said it was not removed by the PCSD and that it could have been done by the HOA.<\/p>\n

13 News\u2019 Mary Coleman<\/b><\/u><\/i> reached out to the HOA, but she has not heard back as of 7 p.m. Monday.<\/p>\n

The PCSD said there have been tens of thousands of tips called into its and the FBI\u2019s lines, but no suspects have been identified in the case.<\/p>\n

The PCSD told 13 News in mid-February that one of the hardest things it is facing is vetting the multiple tips.<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n

Anyone with information about the Guthrie case can call 1-800-CALL-FBI, 520-351-4900, or 88-CRIME.<\/p>\n

Guthrie\u2019s family has offered a $1 million reward for information that leads to her recovery. <\/b><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n

The FBI has offered a $100,000 reward, while a man in Milwaukee added to it with a private $100,000 reward.<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n

88-CRIME has already offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to an arrest.<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/p>\n
