Kelly introduces AI military oversight bills<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Katie O\u2019Connell, principal of Trout Creek Academy, received flowers from the rapper along with balloons and a card, WJXT reported.<\/p>\n<p>A close-up photo of the card included with the flowers reads:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDear Principal O\u2019Connell.
