(KPTV\/Gray News) \u2014 A man who secretly lived in the crawl space of a family\u2019s Oregon home for months has been sentenced to prison.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/tucsonmovingreport.com\/?p=1211\">Middle school teacher accused of renting hotel room for 4 unsupervised minors<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Clackamas County District Attorney\u2019s Office said 41-year-old Beniamin Bucur lived for almost three months in the crawl space under a townhouse. He constructed an elaborate living space complete with lights, a kitchen and a gaming area.<\/p>\n<p>The district attorney\u2019s office said he would come and go while the family living above him was unaware of his presence.<\/p>\n<p>He was discovered after a neighbor noticed him going into the crawl space last September and called police.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/tucsonmovingreport.com\/?p=1209\">Former head of Iowa school district sentenced to 2 years for falsely claiming to be a US citizen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Investigators also found a sword, multiple knives and a pipe with methamphetamine residue in the crawl space.<\/p>\n<p>Bucur was convicted of first-degree burglary and sentenced to three years in prison Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>He also pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine prior to the trial.<\/p>\n<p>Bucur faces additional burglary charges in Washington County for an unrelated incident.
