LAS VEGAS (FOX5) \u2014 Sentencing for the man accused of attacking a Tesla service center<\/b> in Las Vegas in 2025 has been postponed for 90 days, pushing the hearing to later this summer.<\/p>\n

Court records show Paul Hyon Kim is now scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 27, giving attorneys more time to address a report and sort out restitution issues. The sentencing had been set for Thursday.<\/p>\n

Kim was arrested<\/b>days after the March 18 incident, when vehicles were set on fire at a Tesla collision center near Jones Boulevard and Badura Avenue.<\/p>\n

In February, Kimchanged his plea<\/b> in federal court to guilty without a plea agreement. He faces charges including arson, unlawful possession of a firearm, and destruction of property. <\/p>\n
