Man sentenced in fatal shooting at Tucson convenience store

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man has been sentenced in connection with a fatal shooting at a Tucson convenience store last year.

The Tucson Police Department said Donald Albert Delgado Jr. shot and killed Timothy Dean Grace at a gas station near First Avenue and Prince Road on Jan. 6, 2025.

Delgado pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and misconduct involving weapons and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Delgado had a previous conviction for drug possession in 2016.
