TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A chance for showers and thunderstorms across much of southeast Arizona through Thursday. Some storms have the possibility of producing heavy rainfall and an isolated threat of flash flooding.

Drier air then overspreads southeast Arizona Friday and Saturday. Moisture moves back into the area late in the weekend into early next week, for a return of the chance of showers and thunderstorms.
High temperatures will be several degrees below normal through Thursday, warming to within a couple of degrees of normal over the weekend.

Today – A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 93. Calm wind becoming east southeast 5 to 9 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
Tonight – A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 72. East southeast wind 8 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Wednesday – A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11am. Partly sunny, with a high near 90. Southeast wind 8 to 13 mph becoming light. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
