TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department is asking the public for help finding a vulnerable woman and her child who were reported missing on Sept. 13.

24-year-old Kathian Albina de la Cruz Cifuentes and her 4-year-old daughter were last seen near 22nd Street and Kolb Road around 2:00 p.m.
Kathian was last seen wearing a light pink shirt and dark colored pants, while her daughter was last seen wearing a purple shirt.
The TPD says Kathian is considered a vulnerable adult due to a “condition that could cause her to become confused or prone to victimization.”

The two were last seen getting into a light grey Jeep Wrangler.
Police are trying to identify the driver she was last seen leaving with. The TPD does not have much of a description of that individual other than he might have been a Hispanic male about 55 years old.
He was believed to be wearing a white long sleeve shirt, jeans and a mustache.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
