TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a wrong-way crash on SR-86 on Sept. 13.

DPS said just after 3:00 a.m., a male driver was travelling eastbound in the westbound lanes when he hit another car.
The male driver and female passenger of the second car were dead at the scene, and the wrong-way driver was transported to the hospital, where he later died.
DPS said the driver may have been impaired.
The crash is still under investigation, and 13 News will update this story as more information becomes available.
