EDGEMOOR, S.C. (WBTV/Gray News) – Three men have been arrested in South Carolina after allegedly cutting down Flock cameras in Chester County.

Jail records show Blaze Fuller, James Ryerson and Samuel Carlisle, all 19, were charged in connection with cutting down the cameras.
Authorities said the investigation started on Aug. 15, when two Chester County Flock cameras in Edgemoor suddenly went offline during the early morning hours.
Responding deputies reported that they discovered the cameras had been sawed down and burned.

According to an affidavit, Ryerson and Carlisle sawed down the cameras and beat them with a hammer until they caught fire. Fuller is accused of having a “tacit” agreement with the two to help damage the cameras.
Deputies estimated the damage to the cameras to be more than $5,000.
The trio’s charges include criminal conspiracy and malicious injury to personal property.
