ATLANTA (ANF/Gray News) – The 15-year-old son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak has been arrested on multiple sex crime charges, according to authorities.

Kroy Biermann Jr., known as “KJ,” was charged with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
According to Fulton County court documents, Biermann Jr. was arrested on Aug. 17 and was arraigned before Magistrate Court Judge Cassandra Kirk.
According to an incident report, an Alpharetta police officer said he was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24 for a report of sexual assault.
The report said the alleged assault happened the day before in a Lifetime Fitness changing room.

Because Biermann Jr. is a juvenile and the allegations involve serious crimes, Georgia law requires the case to begin in adult court. Prosecutors could later decide to move it to juvenile court.
His next hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1.
Biermann Jr. is the third child and eldest son of the reality star and her ex-husband Kroy Biermann, who share six kids — KJ, 15; Kash, 14; and twins Kaia and Kane, 12, along with Zolciak’s daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24 — whom the former NFL player legally adopted in 2013.
The couple has since gone through a highly publicized divorce that has escalated into intense legal and custody battles.
