TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Tucson man has been ordered to be held without bond following his arrest on sex crimes charges involving a minor.

35-year-old Daniel R. Contreras made his initial appearance in Pima County Court Monday night, August 10.
He was arrested on a felony warrant out of Hall County, Nebraska accusing Contreras of six counts of sex trafficking of a minor.
He also faces four counts of child enticement.
In court, prosecutors asked Contreras be held without bond, which was granted.
His attorney said he has no criminal history, and is a life-long resident of Tucson. They asked him to be released to pretrial services or for a low bond.

A no-bond hearing for August 14, which is also the same time as his fugitive warrant extradition hearing.
