The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said 61-year-old Clarence Bodiford was arrested in Florida on Tuesday, July 28.

The PCSD said Bodiford will be extradited back to Pima County and will face two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The PCSD said Bodiford was hosting a garage sale at a home in the 600 block of West Paseo Del Canto, which is near West Continental Road and Interstate 19, on May 19. Bodiford was showing people a gun he was selling when it went off, injuring two men.
