TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The FBI is asking the public’s help to find a wanted suspect with ties to Tucson.

32-year-old Devariae Montrel Conley was arrested on April 20, 2020, for violent felony assault with domestic violence tag in Bellingham, Washington.
He was convicted in late February of 2023.
The FBI says before sentencing Conley disappeared, which resulted in the issuance of felony arrest warrants.
Conley has been officially charged with failure to appear in the state of Washington and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Bellingham, Washington Police Department at (360) 778-8611.
Conley has tattoos of a cloud design and writing on his chest extending between both shoulders, writing on the inside of his lower left arm, and an image similar to or of the DC Shoes logo on his upper right arm.

Conley’s connection to Tucson includes time served in Pima County for Stalking and Aggravated Domestic Violence.
In addition to Tucson, the FBI says Conley has ties to Bellingham and Puyallup, Washington; Aurora, Colorado; and Los Angeles, Torrance, and Bakersfield, California.
