TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Two people were taken into custody, and a third suspect was on the run following a chase involving Border Patrol in Cochise County on Friday, May 15.

The Tombstone Marshal’s Office said a vehicle refused to pull over for Border Patrol around 4 p.m. Friday.
The TMO said the vehicle stopped on SR 80 near milepost 320, and three people ran away.
Two of the suspects were found, but the third got away. He was last seen wearing camo in the wash near the Tombstone Fire Department.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 520-803-3550.
The TMO said if you see the suspect, you should not approach him.
