Fort Huachuca bans personnel from weed shops, smoke shop, bar, taxi service

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Fort Huachuca said it is banning personnel from a bar, taxi service, smoke shop, and weed shops.

In a document released June 23, the following locations are now off-limits to all military personnel from Fort Huachuca.

  • Sophie’s Smoke Shop at 2270 East Fry Boulevard in Sierra Vista
  • Your CBD Store at 2270 East Fry Boulevard in Sierra Vista
  • Green Farmacy at 1191 South Naco Highway in Bisbee
  • Trulieve at 1633 South Highway 92 in Sierra Vista
  • St. Elmo’s Bar at 36 Brewery Avenue in Bisbee
  • Good2Go Shuttle at 2632 East Fry Boulevard in Sierra Vista

Active-duty military personnel caught violating the order “may be subject to negative administrative or personnel actions and may be in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.”

The order is expected to be reviewed every 90 days and will remain in effect until officially rescinded.
