ROUND VALLEY, AZ (AZFamily) — A vehicle fire and explosion sparked a wildfire near State Route 87 south of Sunflower.

SR 87 is closed in both directions about 13 miles from Bush Highway due to the fire, now called the Round Valley Fire, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Video posted to AZFamily’s First Alert Weather Page shows heavy flames coming from a vehicle before it explodes.
There is no word on whether anyone was injured.
There is no estimated time for when the highway may reopen.
