PEORIA, AZ (AZFamily) — A Peoria woman has been arrested for allegedly performing different cosmetic procedures without a license or proper training.

Brandi Dees ran a Phoenix business called Baddie Bratzz and, starting in 2024, was offering procedures including lip injections, dermal fillers, Botox, fat dissolving, and liquid Brazilian butt lifts, according to court documents.
Cosmetic injectables are Level III medical procedures and must be performed by a licensed registered nurse or an advanced practice registered nurse, authorities said. Dees was neither, police said.
Investigators said Dees’ actions “placed patients or clients at risk of injury or death,” court paperwork said.
Authorities allegedly uncovered text messages between Dees and Sayde Holladay, a Glendale woman who was indicted for running an illegal Botox business. Holladay was arrested in April. Dees discussed that arrest in Facebook messages and allegedly admitted that she knew it was illegal to perform injections without a license, according to court documents.

Despite Holladay’s legal trouble, police said Dees bought supplies in May and was still performing the procedures on close family and friends.
Dees was arrested Friday and is facing charges of practicing medicine without a license and fraudulent schemes. Officials said Dees was also found with prescription drugs that were not prescribed to her and faces charges of possession of prescription drugs.
