TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Charges have been dismissed against the DACA recipient who was detained by ICE at her Tucson home.

But Karla Toledo now faces a new issue.
Karla Toledo’s immigration court hearing was scheduled for this morning, June 3, but it was cancelled after the Department of Homeland Security filed a motion to dismiss her removal proceedings.
Toledo’s Lawyer, Mo Goldman says she currently has DACA status that will expire in July.
Toledo has already submitted a new application to renew her DACA status, but Toledo’s application would need to be approved before her current application expires, which Goldman does not expect to happen.
