TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Tucson man was convicted in federal court for abusive sexual contact with children on May 26.

30-year-old Johney Lynn Hammond pleaded guilty to two counts of abusive sexual contact with children for molesting two children under the ages of nine between January 1, 2014, and Oct. 25, 2017.
Hammond, a Pascua Yaqui Tribe Member, was sentenced to 18 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release.
