LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Sentencing for the man accused of attacking a Tesla service center in Las Vegas in 2025 has been postponed for 90 days, pushing the hearing to later this summer.

Court records show Paul Hyon Kim is now scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 27, giving attorneys more time to address a report and sort out restitution issues. The sentencing had been set for Thursday.

Kim was arresteddays after the March 18 incident, when vehicles were set on fire at a Tesla collision center near Jones Boulevard and Badura Avenue.
In February, Kimchanged his plea in federal court to guilty without a plea agreement. He faces charges including arson, unlawful possession of a firearm, and destruction of property.
